By enrolling in or participating in any Dr Zen Jenn program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Educational & Coaching Services Only

Dr Zen Jenn programs are personal-development and educational coaching experiences only. They do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or any other licensed healthcare service, and they are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical treatment.

No psychologist-patient or healthcare provider-patient relationship is created. Dr Zen Jenn does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical judgment, mental health assessment, or individualized psychological care.

Separation From Licensed Psychology Practice

Dr Zen Jenn is a personal-development brand that is separate and distinct from Dr. Jennifer Dugan’s licensed psychology practice. All services, records, communications, billing, and content are maintained independently, and no information is shared between the two.

Participation in Dr Zen Jenn is not part of, and may not be used as a substitute for, psychotherapy or other clinical services.

Eligibility & Dual Relationship

Individuals who are current psychotherapy clients of Dr. Jennifer Dugan are not eligible to participate in Dr Zen Jenn programs.

Participants must self-certify that they are not current clients, and Dr Zen Jenn reserves the right to terminate participation if a dual-role relationship is identified.

Crisis & Scope of Support

Dr Zen Jenn programs are not designed for crisis intervention or mental health support. Dr Zen Jenn does not monitor participants for psychological symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or emotional risk, and does not provide emergency or crisis services.

Participants experiencing emotional distress or mental health concerns should seek care from a licensed professional or emergency services as appropriate.

Nature of Services

Dr Zen Jenn services are provided solely as educational and coaching services and do not require or involve licensure in psychology or healthcare in any jurisdiction. Dr Zen Jenn does not provide regulated healthcare services. Participants may reside in any location.

Privacy & Information

Dr Zen Jenn does not collect protected health information and is not subject to HIPAA.
