AWAKEN is a 4-week journey to reinvention. Over the next four weeks, we’re not overhauling your life or changing who you are at your core. We’re gently slowing you down so you can start to make intentional choices, cultivate compassion, and rediscover self-trust to begin your reinvention journey. Give yourself grace as you move through these four weeks. How you show up for this program is on your own terms. I encourage you to find what works best for you when it comes to your schedule

What's Included in AWAKEN: A 4-Week Reinvention Journey

AWAKEN is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. This self-paced experience allows you to move through each week's content intentionally, giving yourself the space to reflect, process, and grow at a pace that feels right for you.

Each Week Includes:

A 15–20 Minute Guided Video from the Reinvention Series

  • Thoughtfully designed to help you explore the week's theme and deepen your self-awareness.

  • Pause, restart, and rewatch as many times as you'd like.

  • Return to the videos whenever you need a reminder, reset, or fresh perspective.

Companion Reflection Worksheets

  • Guided reflection exercises similar to journal prompts to print out. Designed to help you process the material, explore your thoughts, and apply what you're learning to your own life.

  • Complete them in one sitting or revisit them throughout the week.

Supplemental Audio Reflections

  • Additional audio recordings where Dr Zen Jenn shares raw insights, personal reflections, and expanded context related to the week's topic.

  • Perfect for listening during a walk, commute, workout, or quiet moment of your day.

Available for you to revisit whenever you need encouragement or inspiration.

Suggested Ways to Move Through the Program
